Corina found her passion working with orofacial anatomy and Septums. Specializing in facial curations, she loves to adorn anyone walking through the doors of Black Lotus when it comes to anything related to the face, nostril, and mouth!
She has a unique understanding of how to pierce Septums, something even senior piercers tend to struggle with. This understanding has led her to piercing Septums, nostrils, and oral piercings with extreme expertise.
Originally from Ohio, Corina moved to Florida. In 2017, she pursued her dreams and began her piercing apprenticeship out of "Foolish Pride" and "Foolish Pride 2" in Clearwater and St. Petersburg, Florida.
In 2018, she relocated to Maryland and started working at Black Lotus as a Jewelry Specialist and Piercing Apprentice. Learning the ropes, expanding her product knowledge, and finessing her craft, she completed her apprenticeship in 2022.
In 2019, Corina became a member of the Association of Professional Piercers.
Corina participates in continuing education multiple times a year through the Association of Professional Piercers, as well as other classes offered throughout the piercing industry. She also travels to different studios throughout the country to further her knowledge and growth in the piercing community through guest spotting and shadowing.
